The migrant crisis that has been shaking up Europe in the last couple of weeks has got at least one positive story as of yesterday. The exhausted refugees who have been stuck in Hungary, a country that openly stated they do not want to accept any migrants, have securely managed to arrive in Munich in the south of Germany. The heart warming scenes that were captured show refugees receiving a friendly welcome as they climb off the train after a long journey from Budapest.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel said there will be no limit to the number of refugees who could seek asylum in her country: “The right to political asylum has no limits on the number of asylum seekers. As a strong, economically healthy country we have the strength to do what is necessary.” We can only hope there will be more happy stories like this to share in the following days.
